Delivery and Returns
Midland Cylinder Heads delivery and return policy.
Delivery:
All Cylinder heads are removed from packaging and inspected for quality before delivery.
Fast Delivery Australia wide, two or three days road express . Other delivery options ie: Australia post available. Phone or email for shipping rates.
Goods will be dispatched within one working day after payment is confirmed. Goods only shipped within Australia.
Delivery times advised by Midland Cylinder Heads to the Buyer are estimates only, and the Company shall not be liable to the buyer or any other parties for late delivery or non-delivery.
Delivery will have taken to have occurred when the Goods are off loaded at the Buyer’s nominated address or (where Goods are collected from the Company) upon collection by the Buyer or his agent.
Returns:
Goods will be accepted for return if incorrectly supplied. As part of our service and commitment to quality we inspect each head for quality and correct fitment before dispatch, we will require a return authorization.
Goods approved for return must be resellable, in the original packaging and condition.
Goods will not be accepted for return if a return authorization request is not lodged within 21 days from dispatch date.
Goods correctly dispatched but no longer required will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Freight on all returns must be prepaid.
