We offer a full-cylinder head reconditioning service in our licensed workshop.
We can supply new quality aftermarket cylinder heads, gasket sets, and head bolts.

Before we can recondition a cylinder head, it is essential to ensure that it is in a serviceable condition. The first step is to check the cylinder head’s hardness to determine if it meets the minimum hardness requirements. If the cylinder head is too soft, it may lead to a blown head gasket, which would require the replacement of the entire cylinder head.
Then, we check to see if the head is straight; if not, it will require straightening, or the head may need to be replaced.
These initial checks are done when the head is dropped off to us and done in front of you.
Each head is then hot-washed and pressure-tested.
The head face is machined flat and is hot rewashed to remove any swarf.
Valve faces and valve seats are cut and vacuum tested to ensure that they seal.
New valve stem seals are fitted, and the head is then reassembled.
Valve heights for hydraulic tappets are set, or if shim tappets, the clearances are set.
