Delivery:
Goods will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse that has stock.
Delivery to Major Capital Cities and surrounding suburbs is two to five days by Star Track road express.
The North West, Northern Territory, North of Brisbane, or Tasmania may take longer.
Goods will be dispatched one working day after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates only, and the Company shall not be liable to the buyer or any other parties for late delivery.
Returns:
Goods will be accepted for a return only if incorrectly supplied.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
When you are approved, your refund will be processed, minus our original shipping costs and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
If you return a product because you change your mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
