12-Month Warranty
A 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covers all cylinder heads and parts. This Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Coverage
Warranty provides for repair or replacement of the product at our discretion.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Premature component failure under normal operating conditions
- Defective valves, springs, camshafts, or gaskets included in the assembly
What’s NOT Covered:
- Damage due to incorrect installation or improper torque specifications
- Overheating, coolant contamination, or lack of maintenance
- Modifications, alterations, or the use of non-genuine parts
- Normal wear and tear or consumable items
- Damage resulting from faulty injectors or injector pumps (proof of injector and pump testing completed before installation must be provided)
- Damage from accidents, abuse, overboosting, or racing applications
- Labour costs, consequential damages, or costs associated with vehicle downtime
How to Claim:
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number
- Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue
- If approved, return the product to our facility for assessment
- Our technical team will assess your claim within two business days
- If approved, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you
Important Notes:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for warranty claims
- Professional installation by a qualified mechanic is strongly recommended
- Retain all installation records and torque specifications for warranty purposes

This Warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
